Hi bought this walking pad the first week of April.I used it EVERYDAY without any issues. I work from home and am getting married Sept 2024 so this walking pad has been a god sent for keeping me focused and getting in better shape before the big day.This past Monday I got on it when I started work and within the first 10 min of walking I got jolted off - it almost like the belt gets stuck for a quick moment and it will jolt you. It did it to me multiple times, a few times so hard that I even fell due to my knees buckling. I got on it the next morning, same thing.I reach out to customer service and I swear when I say I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They were so responsive and so willing to help. I told them the issue I was having and how upset I was because 1. It wasn’t even more than a month old 2. I’m getting married and don’t have money to spend on another one and 3. I FELL because of it!!Within two days they had messaged me - asked how I was feeling due to the falls, wished me well wishes on my wedding, and send me a BRAND NEW WALKING PAD free of charge!!!I am BEYOND pleased with the customer service I received.I will update this review once I receive the new walking pad and test it to make sure it’s not doing the same thing!!! ☺️
