Okay, I bought this stool because it had locking wheels and a back support. The problem is the back support is too close to the stool. My girl friend and I both weigh around two hundred pounds and with the back on the stool, it basically pushes you off the stool. I solved the problem by removing the back support. Now the stool does it's job but with no back support. The support needs a longer bracket or some form of adjustment.It was easy to assemble and there’s sort of a video online to watch. The backrest sits just above the edge of the back of the seat and it doesn’t work for my bad back but the chair would be great for a workroom or shop. It would probably work well as a stool without the back, too. Rolls super easy and has 2 locking wheels.I originally post that company wouldn't refund my money for this order but after a misunderstanding was clarified I change my negative review. The chair wasn't going to work for MY NEEDS but I was impressed with the sturdiness of the chair. The company has reached out to me and things have been cleared up. Although the chair isn't suited for my needs the chair is sturdy and the company was quick to respond and handle the situation. I apologize for any confusion. I would work with this company again.I ordered this chair as a way to get around smoothly in our kitchen given that I have painful osteoarthritis in my knees. After assembling the chair (fairly easy, by the way), I found that the seat was slippery enough that I couldn't sit comfortably without fear of slipping off. Customer service reached out immediately to trouble shoot the issue and made some suggestions (such as take the back of the stool off) as to how to make the purchase work for me. They were very easy to reach and communicate with and offered me a full refund for the "defect." I would definitely do business with them again, even though this stool didn't work for me. I can see that it would be perfect for someone with a smaller rear end or less slippery pants. Thank you so much!This is a great stool that I bought for my wife who has arthritis, is 81 years young and needs help at the counter and stove top. height adjustment to the 33 inch level works really well for her. In addition, this stool is very well made, easy to assemble (20 minutes tops) and is made of excellent quality materials. It looks sharp and is sharp. I am very well pleased with this item and would recommend it to anyone needing "standing" assistance in the kitchen or anywhere else for that matter.Wheel breaks are awkward to operate. Easy to roll.I'm really satisfied with this stool. To make it get taller you just pull the lever. Same with going down. (It's best to sit on it while lowering.) I keep thinking of buying another one. It may not be completely safe for the elderly on a tile floor. On the other hand; maybe it would be really helpful. Well, it does have locking wheels. Wheels roll real easily on tile. I use it while guitar playing. I assembled the backing wrong at first (my bad.) It come with Hex (Allen wrench bolts.) I don't know what the weight limit is but I know it's real sturdy for me at 150lbs.It's very good. The customer service made me very satisfied.Amazing stool, exactly what we wanted.
