I got off white. It’s definitely tan in person - I’d never call this off white. Also came ripped right out of the box. Not sure how I’m going to return a 20 pound chair but I probably won’t reorder, since I got mine on sale and it’s not anymore.UPDATE: Seller responded extremely fast to my refund request. We ended up agreeing on a discount for me to keep and repair the chair myself. While the chair still wasn’t exactly what I was expecting, the seller was amazing to work with.I was looking for two sophisticated chairs to finish our living room, and these were perfect! They matched my previously owned green-velvet pillows perfectly. For people with pets, dog hairs do not stick or become embedded in the material which is a huge plus! Also, assembly was very easy! Only giving 4 stars because the chairs are quite firm/a bit uncomfortable for longterm sitting. However, for an accent piece to provide temporary seating for guests, these were perfect!I will also add- the packages were originally lost by UPS, but the seller had them re-shipped with FedEx and was very communicative and respectful about the whole ordeal. Great seller, for sure, which is important when buying furniture!This is a beautiful chair. I got this chair for a small office space… it is gorgeous, however, in under a week, I notice that the material started to lift from me sitting in it daily… so I no longer sit in it daily. I started to send it back but did not want to go through the trouble… I just know it is not a chair that is for daily use. I still love the item.--UPDATE: The seller followed up with this review and has been really responsive and understanding. I bumped the rating from 3 to 4 on account of their great customer service.--This chair was pretty comfortable and really looked amazing. The swivel base felt stable and rotated very smoothly. Unfortunately, after only a few months of standard use (i.e. an average-sized adult with roughhousing no kids sitting at the desk for about 3ish hours each workday), the chair broke. The base was very good. A bracket that holds the wooden seat base to the metal frame snapped as I was sitting on the chair the other day. Without tearing the fabric and foam off the chair and welding the piece back together, there isn't any way to repair.It's too bad. I really liked this chair!Really beautiful color, and very comfortable chair. The fabric is super soft, and I love the wide curved back that allows me to pull my legs up and get cozy. I can sit cross-legged in it (I’m sure not everyone can) since I’m a relatively petite person, so that’s a plus. It swivels perfectly and it was really easy to assemble. I absolutely love this chair and how it fits with the aesthetic of my desk area. Only gripe I have is the back side has an exposed zipper that runs straight down from top to bottom. It’s kind of a bummer. But not a deal breaker for me. They should have made extra material that velcros over the zipper.This chair was great for a year of working from home, but then the padding in the seat eventually broke down and it became really uncomfortable to sit on. Even adding a thick pillow didn't help, and that ended up making me sit too high. As long as you buy this chair for light duty, you'll be fine.I bought 2 of these chairs but the color wasn’t quite right for me. Everything else was great. The company was very responsive and helpful when I decided to only keep one of the chairs.I was excited when the chair arrived, the colour was amazing and it was easy to assemble. However after one month of use the seat is already showing wear. Not acceptable for a chair at this price point.
